Doljanchi also known as Dol, is the first birthday celebration for a Korean baby and marks a very important milestone. The Dol Birthday ceremony blesses the baby with a future filled with prosperity.
For the Doljanchi Birthday Celebration, miss Korea BBQ prepared a Doljanchi table set with beautiful decorations, fruits, rice cake dishes, and a Birthday layered rice cake. The high stacked food on the table symbolizes the baby’s long life & prosperous future. We are so happy that the family celebrated this special event at miss Korea BBQ!
